The 2009 season is going to be a little different. I am going a different direction with promotional activites. I am still going to fish, only closer to home. I am participating in the West Virginia Federation Nation events this year and try not to miss the State Team by meer ounces. I am also going to be involved in some other rewarding programs this year. I will lend my services and knowledge to the Girl Scouts and to a new organization called Beyond the Backyard. This program is the creation of Charleston lawyer Bobby Warner to encourage children to become active in the outdoors. This event is a 60 mile walk to benefit the Susan G. Komen foundation. My friend Lori and I are going to Cleveland, OH in July for our journey to help combat this awful disease.
